I had a feeling this would happen...

DC is really a small town. I often say that when you know Philip, it's an even smaller town.

Anyway, I figured I'd eventually see someone I know on Match. And it just happened! In my little "Daily 5 Matches" appeared one of my former teaching colleagues. I sent him a note to say hi.

Too funny.

UPDATE:  So, I never heard back from this person and I thought that was kinda rude.  Today, one of my students posted on Facebook that he got married--soooo...why is his Match profile still up?  And how many other unavailable people does Match persist in foisting off on unsuspecting singles???  So glad to be done with that.
